How to Order

2. Email      your order to kenknowsgambling@gmail.com     and include:
   • Bracelet       size (8-inch or 9-inch)
   • Letter       color (white or silver)
   • The       shipping address where you'd like your bracelet mailed

1. Once      I receive your PayPal payment confirmation, your bracelet will be      handcrafted and shipped within 48 hours.

International Orders: If you live outside the United States, please email me before ordering. I'll calculate the shipping cost based on your location.

After reviewing your request, we'll contact you by email with any questions we may have, along with a price quote for your approval. Once everything is finalized, Ken will handle the payment process and shipping arrangements.

Because every custom jewelry piece is handcrafted specifically for each customer, every custom order is unique.

We will make every reasonable effort to create your jewelry as close as possible to your description, photos, and requested design. However, due to the handcrafted nature of each piece and the availability of certain materials, slight variations may occur.

Since custom jewelry is made specifically for you, custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. However, if there is ever a problem with your order, please contact us. We genuinely care about our customers and will do everything reasonably possible to make things right.
